How do I start earning points?

It is easy—and free! Join Demon Rewards at no cost, and you will instantly start collecting points for every purchase and activity. The more you shop, the more you earn!

• All the rewards are based on subtotal price - before tax & shipping.
• Please note: Rewards are not available for dealer accounts.

How much is a point worth? What do I do with points?

• Every 12 points equals $1 in savings on your next order—no minimum spend.

How can I keep track of my points?

Simply log in to your Demon Powersport account to see your current balance and full rewards history.

• Points will be deducted for any returned items.

How do I redeem my points?

• After logging in, choose the number of points you would like to apply to your order during checkout.
• If you do not apply them immediately, you can return later by selecting “Redeem Rewards” → “Your Rewards”, then copying your unused promotion code, and pasting it into the checkout page as a discount code.

Why haven’t I gotten my points yet?

• Points from your purchase will add to your account within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed and processed.
• This time allows order verification, fraud screening, and adjustments for returns or cancellations.
• If it has been more than 7 business days, please contact us.

Can I redeem points during sales?

• Yes! You can use your points to get discounts during sales.
• The only exception is that points cannot be combined with a coupon code in the same order.

How Tier Upgrades Work

Your tier upgrade applies after your checkout. Points always calculate based on the tier you are in before checkout.

• Example: If you are in Ember Tier and place a $1,600 order, you will earn 1,600 points at the Ember rate. After the order, your account will upgrade to Blaze Tier, and your next purchase will earn points at the higher rate.

Does my tier expire?

• Your Demon Dollar tier status is valid for 365 days from the date you qualify.
• After the qualifying period, your tier will be recalculated based on your cumulative eligible spending (subtotal price) over the last 365 days.
• Points expire 365 calendar days from the date they were earned.

Will I earn points if I check out as a guest and create an account afterward?

• Points will only be awarded when you are logged in at the time of purchase.
• We cannot apply points for guest orders placed before your account was created.
• Your new account will start with 50 bonus points just for signing up!
