Power steering
Took me about 3 hours, would have been quicker if instructions were were more specific . But all is good, works well as expected , thanks . Could probably install a second one in about an hour and a half .

2010 Honda Big Red
The install took about 1.5 - 2 hours working at a medium pace, I had to trim about 1/4” of plastic where my brake rod comes through the fire wall to clear the lower shaft but other than that no big deal. OMG what a difference, drives like a truck, 4 wheel lock and can turn with 1 hand. Well worth it for my old shoulders and elbows. Wish I had installed this years ago.

Great improvement
Ordered this for my 2010 big red, bolted up fine, only had to trim about 1/4” of plastic where the brake pedal rod goes through the fire wall to clear a joint in the lower shaft. Oh my what an improvement in ease of driving… like driving a truck.

Big Red Power Steering Kit
First off Demon Powersports was great to deal with, item in stock, fast shipping and very well packaged. The Rugged unit is obviously a quality product and works very well. It is a very nice addition to the machine. BUT, the unit does ABSOLUTELY NOT, REPEAT NOT, bolt in as per the instructions. It hits the brake master cylinder and the U-joint shafts would be too short. After several hours of trial and error, I came up with shimming the bracket with 5 washers between it and the frame, (required longer bolts), AND having to shim one end of the motor assembly where it mounts to the bracket. This should not be necessary but I was forewarned from reading other reviews, although no one went into detail as to what they did to make it fit. If you do not have the mechanical ability to figure and adjust, you may want to pass on this unit.
