How do I start earning points?
Once you create an account, you will already be earning points for every activity you do and every dollar you spend!
How much is a point worth? What do I do with points?
Every 12 points can be redeemed for $1 off an order on your account. There is no minimum spend or redemption required.
How can I keep track of my points?
You can see how many points you have as well as your points history by checking your account page as well as this page.
Does my tier expire?
Your tier is based on the subtotal prices of your orders over the past year, you will be put into the tier that the subtotal price qualifies you for.
Can I redeem points during sales?
Yes! You will be allowed to use your points to get discounts during sales. The only time you cannot use your points, is in combination with a coupon code.
Why haven't I gotten my points yet?
Please allow up to 7 days for points to be added to your account. If it has been past 7 days, please feel free to contact us.
