Demon Heavy Duty Axles are built using larger CV joints and shafts, paired with our proprietary dual heat treatment process, and 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage gives these the axles the edge it needs for superior strength and longevity.
These axles also utilize a unique double plunge design which allows it to achieve higher articulation angles approximately, the axles are designed to slide on the bar splines allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation over terrain on the inboard joint. The outboard joint can travel 0.5inches and swing from 45°-47° depending on the model.
The Demon heavy duty axles are equipped The TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots which are stronger, stiffer, more fatigue resistant, puncture resistant, and more temperature resistant than a standard OEM boot. Axles use molybdenum grease to provide low friction and smooth motion.

Second time ordering direct from Demon, first in January 2025 with no issues and this one in February 2025. Initial cost of second axle was less than others but ultimately costed more due to charges passed along to me by UPS for getting it into the US (didn’t have to pay anything in January). Axle was ordered on the 2nd and UPS tracking still shows in Canada on the 14th. It’s funny that I get a review request for an item I haven’t received so I’ll rate the previous axle. Axle is a perfect fit and takes the abuse that other aftermarket axles won’t, especially the boots with any additional lift. There axles are my choice as replacements. Though I don’t think it’s by fault of Demon, I will not buy direct from Demon moving forward due to shipping issues I had this round.

Axle not only looks good but is stronger then the stock axle 10/10 recommend and will be buying 2 for the front as well!
